本サミットは、「みんなで創る、民主主義の未来」を掲げ、技術の力で市民の声を政治や社会に活かす実践に取り組む人々が、産官学の垣根を越えて一堂に会するイベントです。シビックテック・スタートアップ、自治体、政党、研究者といった多様な実践者がひとつの部屋に集まり、民主主義をより良い形へアップデートするための議論を交わします。

Associate Professor Yukino Baba and Rintaro Chujo to Speak at Digital Democracy Summit 2026
We are pleased to announce that Associate Professor Yukino Baba and Mr. Rintaro Chujo, members of the Value Exchange Engineering, will be speaking at Digital Democracy Summit 2026, which will be held on Sunday, August 2, 2026, at Keio University Mita Campus.
Under the theme “Shaping the Future of Democracy Together,” the summit brings together people from academia, government, industry, and civil society who are working to leverage digital technology to amplify citizens’ voices in politics and society. Civic tech innovators, startups, local governments, political parties, and researchers will gather in one place to exchange ideas and explore how democracy can be strengthened and reimagined through digital innovation.
The summit will showcase cutting-edge research and real-world initiatives demonstrating how digital technologies can enhance democratic participation and empower citizens. We warmly invite you to join the discussions either in person or online.
